Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Paddaro on your iPhone.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This removes your account, every session, your gear, spots and settings from our servers straight away, and from our backups within 30 days. If Strava is connected, the app disconnects it. Sessions already uploaded to Strava stay there, and you can delete them on Strava.

Paddles saved to Apple Health stay in Health until you remove them there. Deleting the app removes the copies on your iPhone and Watch.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@paddaro.comfrom the address linked to your Apple ID, or tell us the relay address Sign in with Apple created. We confirm by email before deleting and finish within 30 days.
